The Reason For This Blog

If you are a Christian, you probably know the reason for this blog: Christianity is under attack, and has been for many years. We now have a society that is moving away from God, and when a society moves away from God, it won't be long before God moves away from that society.

Isaiah 5:20New King James Version (NKJV)20 Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil;
Who put darkness for light, and light for darkness;Who put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter! Isn't that verse now true? We now have a society that dismisses God, but what do we celebrate? We celebrate same sex marriage, we celebrate homosexuality and other perversions, we celebrate abortion, we celebrate unwed motherhood, we celebrate prostitution by normalizing it by calling them sex workers, and we celebrate law breakers while we criminalize the people who defend our laws. There comes a time in every persons life when they reach a point and say enough is enough, I have reached that point.

Who Am I?

Before I tell you who I am, let me tell you who I am not. I am not a Religious Scholar, nor am I a scholar of the Bible. I am not in the clergy, I do not have a degree in Religion. I do not teach or ever have taught any Religion. I am no ones  savior, I am not a Religious fanatic. Now, who am I?

Joshua The Warrior

I am sure there are those out there that believe that the Bible teaches us not to fight, but the Bible is full of warriors who fought many battles for God and their Religion. One of the greatest warriors of all times was Joshua. Joshua was a major figure in the events of the Exodus. He was charged by Moses with selecting and commanding a militia group for their first battle after exiting Egypt, against the Amalekites in Rephidim (Exodus 17:8-16) in which they were victorious.

Joshua 8:1
Now the LORD said to Joshua, "Do not fear or be dismayed. Take all the people of war with you and arise, go up to Ai; see, I have given into your hand the king of Ai, his people, his city, and his land.

Religious Statues Come Down

Someone sent me this photo about 2 weeks ago, it concerned me but I didn't think that they would start tearing down Religious Statues, but it seems that I was wrong.

A California Catholic school is facing a backlash from parents after officials took down some religious statues -- including one of Mary and baby Jesus -- over concerns that they were “alienating” prospective students.

But for some parents, such as Shannon Fitzpatrick, who has an 8-year-old son enrolled at the school, the movement of the statues represents what she believes is a steady erosion of the San Domenico’s Catholic image.  She said:
“In our time here, the word ‘Catholic’ has been removed from the mission statement, sacraments were removed from the curriculum, the lower school curriculum was changed to world religions, the logo and colors were changed to be ‘less Catholic,’ and the uniform was changed to be less Catholic.”
“Articulating an inclusive foundation appears to mean letting go of San Domenico’s 167-year…

Keep Christianity Alive, Join The Fight

If you have noticed the decline in American values and morality and you are one of those people who just sat back shaking your head and didn't know what to do about it. I was the same way for many years until I said to myself, "This has got to end." I think God is the missing link in our society, for me it was when my granddaughter was born, (now I have 2) I don't want them to grow-up in a Godless society, a society that we are fast becoming. If you feel the way I do, please join me, we need all the help we can get.

When Did God Become Unconstitutional?

Why, all of a sudden, is God unconstitutional in this country? America was founded on Judeo-Christian values, the Ten Commandments are posted in courtrooms, In God, We Trust is on our money, and there is a national day of prayer. But somewhere along the line, God became unconstitutional. The first amendment of our constitution guarantees us freedom of religion, but we now seem to think that it says freedom from religion. Recently in a high school in Pennsylvania, a student wanted to thank God for His immeasurable blessings on Beaver High School’s graduating class. But she could not because it was against the law. Against the law, what happened to freedom of religion? The student wanted to offer thanksgiving to the Almighty for parents and coaches and teachers, but she could not because it was against the law. Here is what she wanted to say; “Lord, surround us with grace and favor everywhere we go,” she prayed. “Soften our hearts to teach us love and compassion, to show mercy and grac…

Sharing Your Faith

To many times Christians turn their heads when they hear someone disparaging their faith, but here is someone who thinks differently.  Former mixed martial arts fighter Ken Shamrock is urging Christians to “not sit on your Bible” in a time when many believers feel their faith is marginalized by society.  “Don’t sit on your Bible,” Shamrock urged Sunday while delivering the sermon at Valley Bible Fellowship in Bakersfield, California. “Don’t hug it to your chest and keep it to yourself. God created you a certain way. Just because you’ve become a Christian doesn’t mean you become passive.”  He also encouraged listeners to never “pass up an opportunity to spread God’s gospel or his word because it is eternal life or eternal damnation.” The former MMA fighter opened up about his difficult childhood, including the poverty he faced, his decision to run away from home, and his criminal record. “I believe God is using me to reach out and touch people who are struggling with either past experience…
